All listed prices have shipping factored in. DHL World Express, UPS Ground, UPS EXPRESS, & USPS are the services we use to ship products around the globe. Depending on where your order is dispatched from your item will arrive within 7 days of shipment date.
HOW DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
- Your tracking number is provided by email. Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be packaged and prepped for pickup by the carrier. If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder, unfortunately sometimes it does filter there. If still nothing, please contact support.
WHY DOES MY COUNTRY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE AT CHECKOUT?

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES?
- Please check with your customs rules and regulations for your country. ThaiSnax is not responsible for any additional fees added by your customs department. Boxes sent to USA, CA, UK, should not have any additional fees or taxes for retail orders. However with wholesale orders, taxes are applied for pallet and bulk shipments.
WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT GOES MISSING?
- If your package has gone missing or undeliverable, please contact claims@thaisnax.com . We will work with the carrier to investigate and get the package resent or fully refunded. ThaiSnax has an excellent delivery record and we have an excellent relationship with the carriers we use. Rest assured your package will be delivered on time and in excellent condition!
